GENEX Case Connection enables registered users to view open and closed case
information contained in our GENEX Case Management System. The current products
available for search are:

• Field Case Management FCM
• Independent Medical Evaluation/Peer Review IME
• Medical Diagnostic Network MDN
• Medicare Set Aside MSA
• Telephonic Case Management TCM
• Utilization Review UR

• Case Type: This filter allows you to select what case types you wish to search.
• Bill-To: This filter requires you to search for a specific GENEX Bill-To-Customer and choose one of their billing locations as a case search filter.
• Employer: This filter requires you to search for a specific GENEX Employer to filter your search with.
• Specific Details: You can filter your search be entering as many specific case details as you have.

• Case Detail: The Case Detail Tab displays case-type specific information that relates to the case.
• Activity Notes: The Activity Notes Tab allows the user to search and view all completed Activity Notes generated for the case.
• Letters/Reports: The Letters/Reports Tab allows the user to view all letters and reports generated on the case.
• Attachments: The Attachments Tab allows the user to view all documents received/obtained by GENEX for the case such as medical records, medical authorization/consent forms, Request for Service Forms, account guidelines, Emails and other outside correspondence.
• Invoices: The Invoices Tab allows the user to view a summary of all invoices, including any invoice credits and adjustments, generated on the case.
• Providers: The Providers Tab allows the user to view all providers linked to the case.
• Care Plan: The Care Plan Tab allows users to view the case management plan developed by the case manager on full medical and vocational assignments, if applicable.
